Over the past several years, ASCA and the Anacortes Arts Festival have joined forces to bring accomplished performers from our Sister Cities and elsewhere to Anacortes, including Taiko Drummers from Nikaho City (Kisakata), Japan, Russian National Folk Singing Champions from Lomonosov, Kyudo archers from Nikaho City (Kisakata), Kumpania Sword Dancers and Klappa Singers from Vela Luka, Croatia, Folk Dancers from Lomonosov, Folk Dancers from Comarnic, Romania to name a few.
